How to make its become normal that has show wallpaper, task bar, and the program or folder on the desktop?

You can try doing a system restore to a time before the problem started. Read about how to do a System Restore in Help and Support.

You can boot into Safe Mode, go to Device Manager and check there are no problems listed. If not, my guess would be that the graphics software is corrupt. You could uninstall it in Control Panel -> Programs and Features. When you reboot, if you cannot get to normal mode, go to Startup Options screen (where you select Safe Mode) and select Low Resolution Video Mode. That will allow you to reinstall the graphics software when you get to the desktop. Read about Startup Options in Help and Support.

Go to the laptop manufacturer's website and find updated drivers and software for that model.

PS if you are still stuck, try connecting an external monitor.

Could this be a simple solution of right clicking the desk top and clicking on personalize, then choosing some wall paper?

Just curious, as I imagine mattman has already answered it
