MSVCP80.dll not found

greetings...

i'm having this problem when i launch my google earth and yahoo messenger v.9

a pop-up always comes up and says:

"The procedure entry point ?open@?$basic_ofstream@_WU?$char_traits@_W@std@@@std@@QAEXPB_WHH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCP80.dll. "

how can i resolve this problem?? i tried to replace the old with the one i downloaded from the net.. but it's still the same..

 

Where did you place the file? try placing it in C:\Program Files\<Program name>\

Or whereever it is installed...

Try installing the complete package for that file.

 

after installing this, do i need to re-install the programs that has encountered with this problem??

I have tried to one I downloaded.. but it still the same...

then i tried to reformat my pc, then after i reformatted my pc.. i was gone.. and my pc back to its basic function again..
