Windows Vista Vista & Media Player

Hi,
I am a big time beginner.
I dont know if this is a Vista issue or not.

All of a sudden my windows media player will not connect to any radio stations.
When I go under a catagory, it simply wont show any stations.

Also, I installed the Apple music player & it plays some times and other times it does not.

Any idea on help.
