Good Morning Everyone,

Just thought I would introduce myself. Just to give you a little idea of where I started. I was a freshman in highschool when a nice little Apple IIe was delivered to our "computer room ", previous to that we were using DECs.

I always enjoyed computers, but I never wanted to "study" computers so my academic classes went in a different direction, Political Science, then Aeronautical Science. Ran out of money while pursuing Aeronautical Science, then life happened. While life was happening got 3 Associate Degrees, on in General Studies, one in Electronics, and one in Organizational Leadership.

While having a discussion with my Sister, I cam to the realization that I had alwas enjoyed computers, and what the heck was I doing not studying them. So, I decided to take some community college courses in Computer Technology, Computer Applications, and Telecommunications cabling. While doing so I worked as a Network Administrator for a small community college computer lab where I learned a little about Server 2003, computer repair, and XP.

When I moved to Phoenix AZ thinking I was going to get a job as a Computer Tech I came to the realization that there were a lot more people who had a lot more training and were a lot more focuesd that I was. So I decided to go to Arizona State University where I am currently attending to get my Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems.

Well, now I am going back to the basics to become an "expert" in computers. What I have going for me is a little knowledge, I'm willing to learn, I know how to look up stuff, and I am willing to take advice from people who know a whole lot more than me.

Arie, I will probably be going to school one way or the other until the day I die. I enjoy learning new things. I won't even go into the other "education" I have.
