    Good day to all!

    Need help please.

I was in the middle of my online game when suddenly my computer just shut off, when i press the power button again, it wont boot up anymore, not even hearing that beep sound, no display on the monitor, just black, but when i open my CPU, the led light is on, the CPU cooling fan is working, the fan of my power supply is working also, but one of my cd drive is not working, it does not open, but when i checked the connection of the power cable, it is properly connected..

at first, my friend suspected that the problem was on the mother board because he doesn't hear the beep sound upon booting up. so i take off my motherboard and sent it back to where i purchased it and have it replaced. a week later, i received the replacement, but when i installed it and push the power button, still, the same problem i've got..

    anyone could help please.

    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

My first guess would be a bad/faulty power supply.

finally, my problem was resolved, the tech said upon diagnosing my PC, the problem was on the PSU, the power was on low voltage, when we change the PSU, there it goes, it runs well now.

    thanks for the help sir!
