Having Removed every Tempoary File, emptied the Internet cache ,run Spybot S&D V1.6, Check through Windows\system32 for near date files, Checked HKLM\SW\Microsoft\Windows\Current version Run /Run Once /run sevices Checked for dlls which where tagged on to winlogon, iexplore in the registry, ETC checked on the Internet for Other posts(This has taken a whole day!) Removed the Yahoo BT software the solution is as below. Looked for Infected files, ran a Online AV check from Norton,

The cause is and the cure is remove this software or look for it and remove it
nothing will find its been installed. :)

CiD Help / CiD Manager/Netpumper Comes with a free dose of malware
    and causes all the aggro

    Download Plugin for Internet Explorer
    Zone Media

Delete any of these you have installed as well and if they request a verification code, put in the code it is displaying on the popup and this will unlock them, allowing you to delete them.

I know this is against EVERYTHING they tell you about windows, but do a hard shutdown (I just unplugged my machine) and power back on. You should see the 2 iexplorer.exe's are gone

The apps identified in your first post might prove helpful for others. Your second post however might prove disastrous for an inexperienced user, so I have deleted it. Thank you for your input. :)
