I'm not sure what you're trying to say.

Sometimes the message about WMI can indicate a virus or trojan on your system. If you think that might be possible, post a copy of your HiJackThis log file for review. Check the Security forum for full instructions for posting the log file. http://www.windowsbbs.com/malware-virus-removal/

If you are having trouble getting msinfo32 to work, try putting the following line into your Run window:

    Code:
     "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo\msinfo32.exe" /categories +all
Otherwise, post back with more info and perhaps someone will be able to help.

I recommend that you get Dial-a-fix and use it to repair your system.

When you run it, check ALL of the boxes on the first page and allow it time to do all the necessary work. It may take several minutes. Be patient.

When it finishes, click on the icon at the bottom that looks like a hammer. when that opens, run RESET HELP AND SUPPORT SERVICE. When that finishes, run REINSTALL WMI/WBEM.

Report back if that fixes your problem.
