    Hello,

In my work environment, I cannot use IE 7.x - thus this question is only pertaining to IE 6.x

There is a URL used frequently, that eseentially pulls the next request that I will need to work. If we don't have any work, then I need to process that URL periodcially and frequently so that I actually have work to do :D

I am wondering if there's something like a "Refresh Page Every 30 Seconds" option... which I believe FireFox 2.x has. Is anyone aware of a way to do this with Internet Explorer?

    Thank you,

I too use IE to access our companies database/support requests....I just hit the F5 key so I can control if and when my screen updates...Can't say I've ever seen an add-on to do what you're wanting.

What about using a script or some other type of code? Perhaps creating a short piece of HTML or JavaScript that would open the Intranet URL in question, and run a "force refresh" command periodically. Is that possible? I am mildly experienced with web dev using JS and HTML, but don't know if this is possible off the top of my head.

Maybe it is possible, but wouldn't the F5 key be easier?
