I need to convert to mp4 to sync to my Zune a DVD that i made on my DVR.

I have tried AVS Video Converter 6.2, which did a great job on 13 videos files that i had downloaded, but it failed miserably on the DVD.

I Tried iSofter DVDtoMP4. That did a lot better; but the souns and video are off of each other by about 5 seconds.

If anyone knows of software that they have used and that actually works, I would like to know about it.

Hopefully this will work for you, rip your DVD to your harddrive and save it. Open the file and locate the .vob file. This is the file we will be converting.

    Download Super

On Select Output Container choose Microsoft-Zune

Also make sure you select the correct Video Scale for your player and the correct aspect ratio for your movie. I use this program alot for Ipod conversions and have never run into any problems

You can also use CloneDVD Mobile, its not free but it will work for 21 days. I've owned it and other Slysoft programs for about 5 or 6 years, they have always worked flawlessly for me.

Thanks, I should have come back.

I have ImTOO DVD Ripper Platinum 4.0.68 and it did the trick. The Zune is new and I have about 15 videos, some from downloads, some from DVD's that I did on my DVR, a mix. Anyway, three computers tied up, this is the first I could get back.
