Hi guys I hope you can help me with this problem.
I can quite happily see thumbnail views in media center (recorded TV folder) when logged in as administrator but other named users of my pc are not able to see thumnail images of programs recorded using media center on my vista home premium with service pack 1 computer.
If I run media center, whilste logged in as a user, as administrator, by right clicking the desktop shortcut and selecting run as administrator, it works perfectly?
This problem occured when installing Nero 8 and then removing it. I succesfully got it to work in the admin account by adding back the deleted .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe perceved type = image registry key but it did not fix the named users on my PC who have user accounts. Incidently as it seemed to work with admin accounts I have even tried changing the user accounts to admin and it still will not bring back the thumbnail views. It appears to me to be something to do with permissions and I have played around with these but have not had any luck.
If any kind person out there has any idea on this problem I would be very keen to hear from them. Many thanks for any respones that come this way.

Are you using the Public folder to share the files?
