Repeatedly I have unchecked and clicked OK and Apply and restarted my computer only to find that the start up item check has returned. It is identified only as cmds and appeared simultaneously with very frequent pop-ups and web sites offering to download anti spyware programs to help my computer which they say is being slowed by unwanted programs.
How can I permanently uncheck it so it won't load on stat up?

Sorry, I couldn't accomplish copy and paste the logfiles.

    Hi alarise :)

Is the following the logfile you cannot post?

    • Download RSIT by random/random and save it to your desktop.
    • Double click RSIT.exe to start the tool.
    • At the disclaimer, please use the drop down box to select 3 months for the file/folder search, then click Continue.
    • When the scan completes it will open a log named log.txt maximized, and a log named info.txt minimized.
    • Please post the contents of log.txt here in your next reply.

Was the log created and you just cannot post it? Too many characters? If so, split it into 2 or more posts.
