    Mickzer,
I am a little gun shy about this. This is my wife's computer and she is not happy. No one else to take the heat but me so... We use live one care for antivirus, firewall, and backup. Now I am not able to restore her backup which resides on a different machine. I have her up and running but she says her computer is slower than it was. I am looking for an answer to restore the backup before I try anything else.

    OLDSALTY,
I feel for you, but having never used that programme I wouldn't know where to start to help you.Keep us up-to-date with your progress, though.

I have decided not to update her computer to sp3. Now here is why. I have an Intel 840 CPU, 3.2GHz, an Intel d945gpm MB, and I am having problems since I upgraded to sp3. I have just uninstalled the upgrade and will try to work out the problems myself for a while. Examples are no sound since update, flash card slots do not work, and some other hinky stuff. I will Post if I fix this or need help.
