ProtectTools Credential Manager Stopped Working

My credential manager was working fine in the single sign on setting, but now that setting has stopped working. Even when starting from the ProtectTools security manager it only opens the page and doesn't input the passwords.

This seems to have started when I was infected with Antivirus 2009, and I'm not quite sure it's really all gone. I have a topic in the Malware forum but I haven't recieved a response from two days.

I would really like this to work again... Oh, and the computer is logged in fine with a fingerprint, it's just the single sign on that won't even prompt me to save or enter passwords anymore.
