Do you have a lot of programs loading at startup?

Go to Start > Run and type msinfo32 and press the Enter key.

Click the (+) sign next to Software Environment.

Select Startup Programs. System Information will now generate the list of startup entries.

Once the right-pane is populated, click the File menu and choose Export.

Type in a name, such as Startup, and save it somewhere convenient. I usually save it to the Desktop.
