Ok I have 4 Latitude D600's in my house. They all have an intel proset 2200 miniPCI Wireless card. I have a WPA/WP2 encryption passworded network. I also have a Latitude D620 in my house s well using a Dell Wireless 1490 Dual-Band card. Now the D620 has no connection issue at anytime ever. But hte D600 everytime I download a file, go to windows update .com , or do something that is remotely close to that over wireless the signal drops for a second reassociates and continues to drop untill the download cancels of rails. It just disconnects reassociates, hangs in Unassociated mode for a while like it forgest the password and then reconnects. And its only when that happens. I can trigger it. Can anyone help me out with this?

Well that blew that theory out the window.
Dell Wireless with Intel chipsets had issues with some Linksys Router chips.

This sounds like the sort of problem that playing with the MTU setting can correct. You're ISP should be able to provide you with the MTU they recommend using with their connection. Try manually setting your router to use that MTU.

Do you know the MTU for comcasT? I think I may have tried that before and it didn't change much.
