accessing shared folders on 2nd drive

Now I'm not sure if this is a Hardware Or Networking problem, but I have noticed that I can not access the shared folders on my main computers 2nd hdd from the other computers in the house, which isn't that bad a problem, as I can access the shared folders of the other computers from mine, (eliminating the possibilities of sticky fingers doing silly things), but it does make it easier when I want to open/install a new program as if I was hitting the run button after downloading, also saves time & space?

This is what the dialogue box reads

Not enough server storage is available to process this command.[/FONT]

Any suggestions, I've cancelled and re-applied sharing but still no luck, do I need to share the root of the drive?
I will probably leave it the way it is but it is bugging me!!
