My network connection keep disconnect after I move house and use another broadband ISP.

There is no pattern, sometimes drop after connected for few hours, sometimes just 15 minutes.

If I connect to the ADSL modem directly, Windows could help to redial immediately. But if connect to 3Com wireless router, it cannot refresh the new IP address immediately, always take upto at least half an hour to get back the connection.

I also sometimes got the error message "Generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close. " while disconnected. Have tried to installed the Microsoft patch according to the below link but the PPPOE connection still being dropped.

Broadband vendor have come to replace with another ADSL modem, rewiring the patching but still no luck.

Please kindly helps, it has been bug me for two weeks already and really cant figure out any method.

Which device is handling the PPOE authentication? (Where the PPOE user name and password is stored)
    What brand and model modem?

"PPPoE receive PADT" is a request to terminate. It could be coming from your ISP's router, but a google search suggests it can also be due to router settings. Have a look at those google searches (for example, this one). They contain a number of things to try.
