Help me with this Google Redirect recovery please

Hi!
I managed to get this google link redirect trojan, which also put some casino icon on my desktop and prevented me from accessing the mbam malware removal program. I managed to get the program and ran it on the comp while in safe mode, and seemingly cleared all the **** (a bunch of tsss dll files). It prompted a restart which i did, and after flashing my beautiful compaq splash screen and windows splash it goes black and hangs. Now i can only start in safe mode, otherwise it goes to the black inactive screen.
Im at a loss here, this must be related to the trojan, but it looks like its gone, so i dont know what to do to boot in normal mode successfully. BTW the comp was working 100% prior to today.
Please help if you can

Welcome to Windowsbbs.

Try deleting MBAM from add/remove programs and redownloading it and running it again. (make sure you update it before running it.)

If you get back to normal windows run MBAM again in normal mode.
