    Hi antzgurl
    Welcome to Windowsbbs.

OK you are suppose to have a C:\RECYCLER and more then likely a D:\RECYCLER Folder.

    That is your recycle bin.

If you are speaking of something else please give the file path to what you are speaking of.

    Thanks
    Geri

    Thanks Geri.

Ok, I have clean my pen drive and format it. Once I connect my pen drive again with my computer, my anti virus detected that it was infected by 'BDS/Hamweg.B.7' and there are 2 hidden files, 'Recycler' and 'Autorun.inf'. I don't know if Recycler folder is my recycle bin. The problem is I can't open my pen drive folder using double click or right click. And in 'My Computer' folder, my pen drive represent by icon folder, not as removal disk as usual. This is what I concern and makes me feel that my computer was infected by something that I don't know. I really appreciate it with your helps. Thank you in advance.

    Hi
OK please try this and let me know if it helps.

Please download Flash_Disinfector.exe by sUBs and save it to your desktop:

    http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe

NOTE: In the event you already have Flash_Disinfector, this is a new version that I need you to download.

Hold down the Shift key and insert your flash drive. (USB thumb drives)
It is important to hold the shift key while plugging in flash drive so the virus does not run and re-infect system.

    • Double-click Flash_Disinfector.exe to run it.
Follow any prompts that may appear.
Your desktop will vanish for a while, and then reappear. This is normal.
Wait until the program has finished scanning, then please exit the program.

Repeat this step if you have more than one flash drives.

    Empty everything inside this folder:

    C:\WINDOWS\temp

Click on Start > My Computer > C Drive or local Disk C.
Double Click on the “Windows folder”
Double click on the “Temp Folder”
Click on “Edit” > Select All
    Click on “File” > Delete.
    OK any Prompts.

    Hi antzgurl
    You're welcome.:)

Please delete Flash_Disinfector, if ever needed again there will be a newer version anyway.
