    Will do.
I actually just spoke with my husband and knock on wood, his computer has been running o.k. today. At least he can access his word and excel documents for his business meetings. He'll be back home later on in the week so I'll let you know when I've got the computer back :)
I tried to search out the viruses that Etrust named but there doesn't seem to be a lot of information out there about them. From what I can gather, these are very tricky to remove because the file names keep changing.
Thanks again and I'll post back soon!

    Well,
My husband took his laptop to work this morning and had his IT guy look at it.
Rather than spend hours trying to get rid of the problem, they've decided to reformat.

Thanks again for all of your help and hopefully this won't occur again anytime soon :)

    Hi Tracey
OK, that is probably best for a work computer anyway.

    Thanks for letting us know.
