Cannot receive emails in outlook 2003

    Outlook 2003 no longer receives emails from my ISP = Verizon.net, howeve
    I can send emails. The last time I was able to download to Outlook was 8-23-08.

    Does anyone know what the problem is???:):)

    Are you getting any sort of error message with important error codes that can be used on Google?

    No actually, I only get an error message which says I have timed out with my ISP - Verizon.net. They claim it is not thier issues and referred me to both Dell and MS.
