Can't access Windows

    My computer automatically updated software yesterday. It asked me to restart the computer and now I cannot open windows. I cannot even open it in the safemode. I try and it keeps looping back to the DOS screen. I am not sure what to do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
