    hi everyone

I been having a problem with updates here on my PC, Windows XP Pro. First of all I did a clean install, well basic a fresh start as my computer is OEM.
The first thing I checked for updates when I was connected to the internet and installed SP3. All updates done, then 5 days later I been notify there 14 updates for download and install(that yellow icon notification) I downloaded them and then it said it downloaded and ready to install, I clicked install then 30 seconds later, all those 14 updates fail to install?(see pic below)

I checked my Norton Personal firewall, I aint blocking anything from MS?

Now Windows Defender is out of date, because there been not updates, BUT I can be able to install those manually from here http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/ADL.aspx

Windows Live Messenger won't work either, it fail to install? it seems that Microsoft stuff wont install, while not all, some do install, it just the updates and messenger I got problem with.

Also the thing is that I might have those update install on my PC???

    What must I do?

Reinstall SP3? (where i can be able to unistall it via Add/Remove Programs)

btw I got two other PC here which are working perfectly fine with updates.

I just checked once again now, I have 29 updates??? (see picture below)
