    Hello,

I have a W2K SP4 server that I backup with Veritas Backup Exec 8.6. I have the IDR Intelligent Disaster Recovery module installed. When I try to make a new IDR Recovery Floppy diskette I get the following error when the disk is 80% written (paraphrased):

Error: Unable to write the diskette. You do not have the proper permissions to write to this drive.

I am logged into an account that is part of the Administrators group. I went so far as to share my floppy drive giving everyone complete control. Nothing works. This is SO FRUSTRATING! I am in the process of upgrading to 2008 Server but need to rely on this current box for another 3-6 months. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I should say that I am able to run normal backups and restores with no problem.

    Thanks
    Chip
