When sending mail in Outlook 2007 in HTML format the receiver gets a blank e-mail. If I start out with the email in plain text and after starting switch to HTML the message sent displays. This isn't critical but annoying. I like using the HTML format, am used to it and want to continue to use it and use outlook 2007.
    Any advice? thanks!

Does everyone you email get blank mail or just one person?

OE for example->Tools->Options->Read tab->Read all mail in Plain Text could cause this problem if the person receiving the mail has it enabled.

    outlook

the emails that are blank only happen if i begin an email in html format. As the message is composed the contents are seen however once the message is sent it is blank in the sent folder and the receiver sees it as blank.

if i create the same message in plain text and then switch to html while composing and then send, the contents can be seen in the sent folder and by the receiver.

i've read that Outlook 07 handles html messages differently than Outlook 2003
What i have read about most is not being able to read HTML messages received because of the difference in the two versions of software.

This is more annoying than a critical issue. If this isn't a software issue and is a config issue on my PC then i'd like to solve....

    thank you!
