I had to install Word 2003 on a new HD, and I can't figure out how to make it open without opening a new document automatically.

On my old machine, I simply added the command line "/n" to the target of the shortcut. But for some reason the target box is greyed out in this installation.

Is there another way to do it?

    Thanks.

The only way I know is to make a new shortcut pointing to "winword.exe" The Properties of that shortcut will allow you to add the /n.
