    Thank You PeteC but i open the dump with the Debugging Tools for Windows (x86) and this is the result

    Run the dump through our tool as requested. You must be connected to the internet while debugging.

    I had this same problem. Took me 3 full days or experimenting and trouble shooting and finally,in my case, found that it was due to my hard drive being almost full. I installed a new and much larger hard drive and nowno problem and speed has soared.

    Run the dump through their tool so we can see useful debugger spew.

    Your chances of a larger harddrive magically solving this are not good.

    telephonics you have rigth the hard disk is bad y tested another hard drive and i don't have problems

    Installed ne and much larger hard drive. Downloaded my programs and then retrieved data from the Carbonite web site. I don't know about magic but I no longer get the BSOD.It could be duje to larger drive or installation of fresh programs. I lean to the hard drive size being the solution.Regardless I had been thinking about a larger internal hard drive for quite some time so I met my two objectives
