rtskin.exe & C:\System Volume Information\_restore{.}\A0057690.exe infected

Hi,
lately, My antivirus program always warns me that I have C:\WINDOWS\system32\rtskin.exe and there is no option to delete it. Moreover, when I scan my computer, I also got the trojan C:\System Volume Information\_restore{...}\A0057690.exe infected. I don't know how to remove them.
Please help me.

Hi diiar,

Download ComboFix by sUBs from here, saving the file to your desktop.

Important! ComboFix.exe must be on your desktop!

• Close all open programs and windows
• Click Start>Run and type or paste the following command.
  
  "%userprofile%\desktop\combofix.exe" /skipfix
  
  
• ComboFix will run ..... follow the prompts.
• It may reboot your computer and resume running when you logon. Wait for it to complete. When finished, it will open a log for you. Post that log and a new HijackThis log in your next reply.

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
