the temps are way to higH? Uh oh... Ive read some where that one of the initial actions a PC does when the temp is too high is to SHUT ITSELF down. Hmmm that would explain it right?

its like my computer is having a fever.

If i put water it would boil? hehehe! maybe i can use it for cooking. LOL

thanks for the feedback guys here are the pics

*pics taken after an hour of surfing the web, watching online videos, no video/music converting, no downloading.

    *room temperature 29.5 C or 85 F (i live in a tropical country)

by the way, what should be the normal temps?

thanks for your time fellas have a good day

On the basis of that data we have a consensus and the first set of CPUID data clearly had a problem.

So we have the motherboard 36/37 deg C - no problem there, but ....

CPU ranging from 74 - 85 deg C which is far too high.

CPU fan appears to be functioning OK so I suspect the heat sink on the CPU is full of dust and needs a desperate clean. Under no circumstances remove the heatsink from the CPU, but if the fan is readily removeable it would make cleaning easier and more effective.

With an ambient temp as high as yours I would expect the mobo temp to be < 10 deg C above ambient and the CPU < 20 deg C above ambient. Can't be precise, but the cooling is of paramount importance in your situation.

thank you very much for the suggestions i would try them, but i would not do it myself, i'd bring it to a computer shop for a good o'l cleaning.

Would you suggest that i buy another fan? or just take it at a time clean first then observe if it doesn't fix then buy fan.

    thanks for your time again

Not for the CPU - the readings suggest it is running fine, but I would consider a case fan - or two if you have none installed at present.

In my case I called for technical support from my PC Manufacturer. His diagnosis was a dead hard drive. While waiting for delivery of a new hard drive I played around with my PC and removed a number of programs on my start menu. Problem was fixed-cancelled new drive order.

hi guys i'm back. My PC's hardware is now cleaned. I asked them to pay special attention to the heatsink for cleaning.

When i got home from the shop, i started doing my thing, downloading stuff and converting videos.

While i was trying to download a file, My computer- again- shut itself down (i was only using it for 5 mins) it gave me a BSOD with the same error message.

Though i can still use my PC for some basic work (such as surfing, typing) I really can't do the things that I really want to do with it (downloding, burning, video/music converting)

Please help. I really don't know what to do now, since i already did a fresh install before-to no avail.

I took a screenshot right after BSOD
    I also made a dump

    thanks for your time. :D
