   I have the following problem:
   
   Whenever I try to update I get the message - Error number: 0x8DDD0018. How can I solve this problem.

   It looks like you have a problem with BITS -the Background Intelligent Tranfer Service is either not running or is not configured properly - follow the instructions in this post ....

   Dial a fix-site is not accessible
   
   I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" when I try to go to the dial a fix site.
