It's telling you lots more than just 0028.00657865 which is a little piece of an error message.

With the entire message and some hint what "All Five Delux" might be, someone can likely help you out.

    Hello Tanya

    If I were you:
-I make a clean install of Windows, but instead of WinME, I put Win98SE.
-get Norton Ghost6x to back up the entire C drive
as Ghost Image.Repairing WinME it's a time&nerves consuming process which may(or may not)resolve your today problem.Tomorrow other problems will pop, be sure; to fix such problems is not a good solution. You havehere a "how to" tutorial. If you think you're interested in NGhost, just let me know.

    regards

    Stefan
