How re-open or bump topic over 30 days old?

    I've got a topic from June 8th on "Nested playlists in Windows Media" that never got a reply that I'm locked out from entering a "bump" or even copy to a new post.

    1. How does one handle something like this?

    2. What is the normal procedure to contact admin(?) when you have not got a reply in say 2 weeks?
