I just called to say hi from MALTA

Hi there

I am a gereatric of 70 years but am completely computer friendly.

I am retired and now live on the island of Malta in the MED together with my wife.

Malta, for you uneducated lot or insular type species is 85 miles SOUTH of Sicily, near Italy. An island or should I say islands, 3 in all, Malta, Gozo and Comino with a total population of 400,000 person at the last count.

My main problem at the moment is "System Restore ". It does NOT create restore points in any 24 hours.

Perhaps you don't know that our Admin Arie lives in Malta also!

This is the Inroductions forum, the question about System Restore should be posted under the Windows XP forum.

But you are new here, so when you reply to my question below create a post under Windows XP, Subject: Problems with System Restore.

My question: Can you manually set a System Restore point. I ask so that we can tell if System Restore is working at all.
