When using explorer as a file manager, when performing a right mouse click a menu appears.

An old program which is no longer installed left an item in this menu. Where is this defined so I can get rid of this.

I've searched the registry and looked for a folder like "Send To "

I found it in the registry under:

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

    Thanks for letting us know.
For future reference, a very handy program, once you figure it out, is ContextEdit from www.pcmag.com .

Thanks the context edit really did it! I had only gotten some of the menus but this program did identify what registry key / internal name which was being used. Once that was known I was able to search and destroy in regedit.
