error in MSN Photo Upload Tool folder

When I open 'MSN Photo Upload Tool' folder, in the 'Dependency' tab a 'File Name' window has the word 'damaged' listed three times.

Here are the steps I used to get to the message:
1) Opened Windows Explorer from desktop
2) Clicked on C:
3) Clicked on WINDOWS
4) Clicked on 'Downloaded Program Files'
5) Right clicked on the folder 'MSN Photo Upload Tool' (has butterfly icon)
6) Clicked on 'Properties'
7) Clicked on 'Dependency' tab
In 'File Name' window the word Damaged is listed three times like this:
Damaged
Damaged
Damaged
8) Version tab says 10,0,913,0

Any ideas what to do to repair this? Thanks. Burnice

 

MSN Photo Upload Tool additional information

Thanks Steve. I am using Windows XP Home Edition and the problem I was having was not being able to right click on a picture in www.recipezaar.com and save it to My Pictures which I was able to do a while ago.
I haven't tried googling MSN Photo Upload Tool but I will do that later today.

MSN Upload Photo Tool error..steps to save picture

Here are the steps I take to try to save a picture from www.recipezaar.com:
1) Right click on photo
2) Select 'Save Picture As...'
3) Click 'Save'
4) 'My Pictures' opens
5) I click 'Save'
6) When I go to 'My Pictures' the photo is not there, only an icon of a sailboat with a colored sunset.
7) When I double click on the sailboat icon, the Windows Picture & Fax Viewer opens with the message 'No preview available'.
