Cannot Install SQL Express

    I am trying to install SQL Express but it tells me I need .NET V2 SP2. The problem is, I've already installed it. Can someone help with this? Thanks.

    Make sure you have the updates for .net

    It's been a while since I installed Express...Seem to recall also needing to install a file something like: MSXML6

    Thanks for the reply. I have all the latest updates for .NET (v1, v2 and v3) according to the Microsoft web site. While the installer does not complain about MSXML6, I do indeed already have that as well.
