    Hi Everyone,

I'm new and a beginner Let me give my history.. I'm having issues w Flash and Shockwave Players. I had both installed at one time and they disappeared. I reinstalled Shockwave but could not reinstall Flash. The programs I use, needed shockwave for always sent me a message to download it. I inistalled it today and was able to install both. The programs I use, needed both for still do not recognize them. I went to add/remove programs, both are listed but Flash has no size listed next to it. I then ran a search of my computer, neither could be found. Can anyone share your wisdom with me? Thanks

If you are sure you have Shockwave installed try emptying your temporary Internet files and try connecting again.

Pete, I tried your suggestion and again uninstalled and reinstalled shockwave. Also I tried to use a program which required flash since my last post and it couldn't find flash. I wish knew more about a computer. I did know enough to have DELL support run a diagnostic on my computer to rule out it as the source.
    Thanks for your help
