Can't Grab Pictures From Outlook Mail

I'm really frustrated with this. When people send me pictures inserted in the email I can't save them. I used to be able to do this with OE. Just saved the mail as JPG, but don't understand why I can't do this with Outlook. I'm considering changing clients but don't know who is best to go with. The only reason I'm using Outlook right now is because when I got the new Vista machine it came with Outlook and since I liked using OE I figured Outlook would be nice, too. Well, after using it for a while now I'm thinking I don't really like it that much. Any feedback on this out there????

If I right click all I get is a COPY option. Nothing that says SAVE PICTURE AS. If I go up top and click the SAVE AS option I don't get a JPG option. Only these options: HTM, TXT. OFT. MSG. MHT. All I want to do is save a picture into my picture folder. Am I missing something?

Well, I'll be darned! Never thought about that. Feel like an idiot now. I tried to copy/paste it into my Printmaster program but that wasn't working. Totally forgot that I have Paint on my computer. It worked! Thanks.
