Please upload the following file to my submission channel for analysis. Leave a link back to this topic.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\WinUpdatedata.exe

    Thanks!

When you scanned with Kaspersky, were you asked how to treat any infections? If so, how did you answer?

The Kaspersky logs have me a bit baffled. It appears as though several applications with known exploits were listed, along with a link to information about the exploit (not necessarily reported as infected, just detected on your system). If Kaspersky was acting on a response from you to 'fix' some of those detections, I can certainly see why you would have problems connecting. A few of those are dependent on an active connection.

Check this link to see if Kaspersky can be uninstalled as outlined.

You uploaded the scan log rather than the file I requested. Please upload the following file.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\WinUpdatedata.exe
