Cleartype in Windows live mail

Any way to disable this? i absolutely dispise cleartype... it only makes things HARDER to read.

Also, the splashscreen is transparant, which cant be good for the loading time... and i see no way at all to change it (it does take alot longer to load than OE6)

help? i basically want the exact same operation, but OE6 doesnt support hotmail as of 4 days from now. help? someone?

 

small update, i found a way to disable the cleartype (it only works in XP which luckily i have) but i was able to delete the Segoe UI font entirely... so now its using arial without cleartype... fine with me!

im still wondering about the splashscreen though.

and im also scared of whenever we are finally forced to switch to vista, or the next available windows. where you cant (that i know of) delete the segoe UI font as its a system font, but ill cross that bridge when i get there i guess lol.
