kabir sharma009 - Welcome to the Board :)

The cause of your BSOD could be almost anything ....
Please read this and post a dump log in a new post in this thread, bearing in mind ....
I can only suggest a few areas that you might look at .....

Clean out the computer - a build up of dust may be causing an overheating problem. Do not remove the heatsink from the CPU.

Check all the cabling - unplug and reconnect cables at both ends.

Remove and reseat all plug in cards including the memory modules.

Check the hard drive either with chkdsk /r ....

Start > Run > type in cmd > Enter

In the command window which opens type cd\ at the flashing cursor > Enter

At the C:\ prompt type chkdsk /r [/B (note the space)]> Enter and accept the option to run at next boot - reboot.

Alternatively check out your drive using the manufacturer's disk diagnostic software ....

    ExcelStore ....
    http://www.excelstor.com/en/download.asp
    Hitachi .....
    http://www.hitachigst.com/hdd/support/download.htm
    Samsung ....
    http://www.samsung.com/global/business/hdd/support/utilities/Support_HUTIL.html
    Seagate, Maxtor, Quantum .....
    http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/support/downloads/
    Western Digital ....
    http://support.wdc.com/download/

Think very carefully what you were doing when the BSOD's occur - running the same program, etc.

BTW your link does not work for me.

    the problem occurs occasionaly...
it does not matter what was i doing when BSOD appear...
sometimes it occurs when i open (my computer, spider solitare, or typing master)

i have highy earthing in my house...
my cpu's cabinet & even my monitor screen gives a shock when i touch them...

could this be the reason for the problem...

It is a strong possibility - electronic components are very sensitive to static electricity.

Means one of the processes your system needs to function died somehow. Given a dump I could tell you which. Parameters 2 and 3 tell us this.

    Unlikely it's hardware.
