Rock Mobile Disk External Hard Drive

I purchased this from Ebay and it has come with no directions. It states on the box that it is plug and play, but it is plugged in, but not doing anything. It says that I should be seeing the Removeable Disk in My Computer, but it is not showing.
I thought I have downloaded the drivers, even though it says it isn't necessary.

Can someone help me get this device working. I am extremely low on space on my hard drive so I purchased this to take care of the problem. Did I purchase the correct device, and how do I use it?

 

Rock Mobile Connection Problem

We had the same problem, the drive was not plug and play on a laptop. However when plugged into a desktop it showed up in My Computer fine.
My husband is great at this stuff, he figured out that for what ever reason it wanted to be mapped to F on the laptop and would not appear until he went in and mapped it so. (on the desktop it was not mapped to F, so I don't myself get why/how this made a difference.)
Now it is working on the laptop fine, showing up just fine.
