sound editor

I was touted on Audigy as a free sound editor. I downloaded it and found it is for Soundblaster I have a different sound card but I understand that there is a version of Audigy for other cards. Know where I can get it

 

I use Audacity.

I volunteer some work at a senior center I belong to and,naturally, price is important.
