    Hi to everyone...
I unistalled SUPERAntiSpyware PRO...but it was only deleted from control panel/add-remove programs...It's still on desktop and in program files. Then I manualy deleted it from program files but one file can't be deleted even with killbox in Superantispyware folder:SASWINLO.dll!!!
I also try to remove Ad-Aware Pro from Lavasoft but again it was only deleted in control panel...But I did delete it from program files...Why is this happening, that I must manually delete files when I unistalled them?
    And how to delete SASWINLO.dll?Thanks...
    I think I don't have a virus cause my NOD 32 and Spybot S&D don't find a thing.

    Hi Shone

    Go here get Autoruns
    http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/Autoruns.zip

    Unzip and run

You may find more so check the entrys below. You likely will not have all the below.

    Click Winlogon

Look at Autorun Entry and description
Rt click and delete !SAS... SAS.. and any entry under description belonging to SuperAntiSpyware

    Then under Explorer
Look between the gray Registy Key seperators for SAS.. under AutoRun Entry
    and SuperAntiSpyware under description.
    Rt click and delete

Do the same for sasdifsv, sasenum and saskutil the descriptions here will be SUPERAdBlocker.com and SUPERAntiSpyware.com
    Rt click and delete

    Reboot recheck

Do a general search (with Advanced options hidden system and subfolders) of your Boot drive for Superan*.* and delete all SUPERAntiSpyware entries.

Do the same for !sas*.* and sas*.*

Then do a general Registry clean with something like CCleaner.

Let me know if you found these additional entrys

I find only one registry entry in autoruns and I deleted it.Then I deleted the file from program files and that's it.Thank U...I thought that is much bigger problem for my Windows, but I was wrong:)
I have the similar problem from long time ago,I can't delete folder named "ffb33e4d969ef9b455a5caf48c710567" from my D partition. In that folder are three more folder named:commonfiles,winxpsp2,update.Somebody told me that is temporary folder of Windows when it was installing. Now I try everything, even from another hard drive to delete that folder and it can't be deleted...
