    I have a problem when viewing emails from multiple sources, for example

    Reading emails on my blackberry, and deleting them removes them perm and can not be retreived via, Outlook.

    Reading emails on my computer via, Outlook, when deleting them they are still viewable via Blackberry.

    What i am trying to do is make it so both are deleted permanently when i delete either from Blackberry or Outlook, because right now if i delete them from outlook i still have to delete them from my blackberry, how can i make outlook perm delete the emails so i do not have to re-delete via Blackberry?

    In Outlook's account settings->More Settings->Advanced tab-> Enable

    "Remove from Server when Deleted from 'Deleted Items. "

    Apparenly running off an Exchange Server doesn't give you the option I was thinking about. Maybe there's an option within ES that would help.

    What are your Blackberry email Reconciliation settings?

    Delete on: Mailbox and handheld
    Wireless Reconcile: On
    On Conflicts:Mailbox

    It should look like that.
