Windows Installer Redistributable 3.1

    I am having trouble getting Autostreamer to run. I was thinking of installing a new windows Installer 3.1, KB893803.
    Has anyone used this and know if I should install it?
    I looked through my windows installed programs and do not see this KB#.
    When I look at the windows events, I see there is a problem where Autostreamer is trying to use a Quickcam installer. I used the windows installer cleanup to remove the autostreamer installer but it did not help. Something is corrupted here.

    Realllly!

    There is a new 40 version of Windows installer just release a few days ago.

    Run

    DIAL
    A
    FIX

    then if you are going to install a new Installer get 40.
