Keeps trying to install word & excel

    I have a computer that originally was on a network at work and I have it home now and log in as administrator. The operating system is windows 2000 professional. When I brought it home it worked fine now whenever I try to go into word or excel it starts trying to install the software for word and excel. I get this error message 1312 and then it kicks me out of word and excel.

    What can I do.
