When I start up my computer, I get a message window saying :

    Could not load C:\WINDOWS\System32\ghgruked.dll

    File not found.

It's been happening for about two weeks now.

This may not be the answer to your question, but I used to get messages like this as well. At the message screen hit return and it will try to boot again. You may still get the same message, but try reboot again and usually at the 3rd try it will boot into Windows.
By accident I discovered that this problem was caused by a virus or malware that was in the Windows system32 file, that was discovered by running several different anti-malware programs. I only use the free ones like Ad-Aware and Spyware Doctor. I also have Norton AV. I do not remember which program found it but each program seems to find something that the other programs overlooked.
