Dusable DHCP in Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services
What address block are you using? Router?
If have a gateway that uses 192,168.1.x then your static addresses must use the same. And some routers have ranges reserved only for dhcp and static. For example, Linksys uses 192.168.1.2-99 for static addresses and 192.168.1.100-253 for dynamic addresses.
