Which property settings did you change?

What does the BSOD error code say? The STOP 0x00 error code can be Googled...

Hi, Mattie. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)

You may still be able to retrieve your BSOD crash dump info.

Please carefully follow all the instructions in this link and then paste the DebugWiz-generated BSOD dump log analysis report in this thread.

When using the DebugWiz tool to browse to the C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\ folder, look for dump files that are named as follows.

    My blue screen of death

I sort of remember the errors as BCcode BCcode 00000000001 BCcode 000002 BCcode000000003 and BCcode000000004.

I did a search for dmp files on my Xp computer and found one but cannot open it. it is mini 052508-01 sorry for my ignorance I do not understand too much about this error as you can tell.

    Thanks anyway Mattie
